Tampa Luxe Is Heading to Sarasota: We’re Sponsoring the NXF Classic on November 14
On Saturday, November 14, a few thousand people are going to find out what they’re actually made of inside Robarts Arena in Sarasota.
Tampa Luxe will be there with a booth on the festival floor. We’re proud to be part of the inaugural NXF Classic — and we want to tell you why we signed on, what’s actually happening that day, and how to get your whole group there without anyone having to draw the short straw and drive.
What the NXF Classic actually is
Presented by Neuxist, the NXF Classic is a strength-first hybrid competition wrapped inside a full community wellness festival. It runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
The competition side is built around a simple structure: Seven Stations. Seven Tests. Every station challenges a different dimension of fitness, and the format is designed so you can’t coast through on one strength. Athletes work through a descending run format, and the equipment list tells you most of what you need to know about the day’s tone — sledgehammers, power punches, rope climbs, sandbags, atlas stones.
The event’s own language sums up the philosophy better than we could: “Strength Before Stamina. Capability Before Capacity.” And our favorite line from the organizers — “The race may last a day. The transformation is designed to last a lifetime.”
Here’s the part a lot of people miss, though. You don’t have to compete to be part of NXF.
Alongside the competition floor runs a wellness festival organized around five pillars:

- Nutrition — Fuel Better
- Lifestyle — Live Better
- Momentum — Keep Growing
That side of the event brings in wellness professionals, local businesses, interactive experiences, fitness challenges, food vendors, guest speakers, and education sessions. It’s a genuine day out, whether you’re throwing an atlas stone or watching someone else do it with a coffee in your hand.
Why Tampa Luxe is sponsoring
We move people to the moments that matter. Weddings, milestone birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, game days, nights out on Water Street. Our fleet exists because the getting-there should feel like part of the occasion instead of the tax you pay for it.

Getting your group from Tampa Bay to Robarts Arena
Robarts Arena sits in Sarasota. For most of our Tampa Bay clients, that’s an hour-plus each way down I-75, and if you’re rolling with a training group, a gym crew, or a family cheering section, the logistics get old fast — multiple cars, splitting up, someone circling for parking while the first heat starts.
That’s the problem our fleet was built for:
- Mercedes Sprinter — the workhorse for training groups and gym crews. Everyone arrives together, everyone leaves together.
- Party bus — if your crew is treating this as a full day out, this is the one.
- Black car service — clean, quiet, professional. Good for a couple, or for anyone competing who wants to arrive calm and not think about parking.
- Exotic and luxury vehicles — for when the arrival is part of the point.
We handle the driving, the timing, and the parking. You handle the seven stations.
