Green neon running the length of the ceiling, a dance pole in the middle of the floor, and twenty-six seats around it. This is the bus people are actually picturing when they call us about a bachelorette party.

It also solves a real problem. Twenty-four turns out to be two short more often than you would think. The headcount creeps, somebody’s sister flies in, two more say yes the day before, and the bus that fit the list on Monday does not fit the group that shows up Saturday.

This is our bachelorette bus. The neon, the pole and the standing room are the whole reason it exists, and it is the one that books out first on spring and fall weekends.

The usual night starts with pickup at a house or a hotel in Hyde Park or downtown, dinner on Water Street or in SoHo, then Ybor City until whenever. Your chauffeur stays with the bus the entire booking, which is the part people underestimate. You are not calling rides at every stop, not splitting the group into four cars at midnight, and nobody is carrying a bag of sashes and heels into a bar. You leave it all on board.

Book six to eight weeks out for a Saturday in bachelorette season, which in Tampa Bay runs March through May and again September through November.

Same bus, different night. Bachelor parties tend to run later and move further, usually Ybor to Channelside and back, sometimes with a Buccaneers or Lightning game first.

Twenty-six seats covers most bachelor party lists without forcing anyone into a second vehicle, and having a chauffeur means every person in the group gets to drink. That is worth more than it sounds when the alternative is somebody drawing the short straw.

Where It Fits in the Fleet

Our 24 is the standard party bus and our 29 is the largest thing we own. This one is the margin between them, with an interior built for celebrations rather than general group transport.

If your list is sitting at 25 or 26 and you are deciding whether to squeeze onto the smaller bus or pay for a coach you do not quite need, this is the answer. If it is a corporate outing or a wedding guest shuttle where the neon is not the point, look at the 24 or the 29 instead.

Fully chauffeured, like everything else we run. Nobody in the group volunteers to drive, and nobody spends the last hour of the night sober and resentful.
