Tampa Luxe - Refund Policy
At Tampa Luxe, we pride ourselves on delivering premium experiences through our luxury vehicles, limousines, yachts, and private jets. Due to the nature of our services and the planning required, the following refund policy applies to all bookings:
Cars, Limousines, and Private Jets
- All bookings are final.
- Once a reservation is made and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your booking.
Yachts
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your desired date and time slot for the vessel.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled sail date.
- If the balance is not paid by this deadline, your booking will be cancelled, and the $200 deposit will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the sail date.
- Exceptions apply only if the trip is cancelled by the captain due to unsafe weather or conditions. In such cases, you may be eligible for a reschedule or refund.
